Duties and Responsibilities
- Verify accuracy of vehicle information, including VIN numbers, pricing, and specifications.
- Process vehicle invoices in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle transactions and invoices.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
