  • Previous experience in automotive invoicing or dealership administration preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Verify accuracy of vehicle information, including VIN numbers, pricing, and specifications.
  • Process vehicle invoices in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle transactions and invoices.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
