job description - Transport Administrator
The Administrator’s primary purpose is to provide administrative and office support to the transport team. This person will also be responsible for:
- Vehicle license renewals
- Updating relevant excel spreadsheets and reports
- GPS logbooks
- Leave applications
- Webregister
- Store requisitions
- Insurance claims
- Recording of bin activity
- Record keeping of licenses
- Quoting and invoicing
QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE
- A minimum Grade 12
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office – Advance Excel knowledge
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
QUALIFYING ATTRIBUTES
- Accurate and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and manage demanding workload in a pressurized environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
