Key responsibilities:

• Drives operational excellence by maintaining optimally functioning studio.
• Monitors scheduling, planning and resource management of projects along with the Traffic Lead.
• Collaborates with all the Traffic Managers and studio staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations tracking jobs until completion.
• Proactively addresses, handles, and rectifies all traffic issues notifying appropriate individuals and teams as needed of changes.
• Organises team functions, catering and other service support for Traffic Lead, CCO & Creative Partners.
• Maintains proper records of timesheets, invoices and wip documents.
• Monitors all studio teams accuracy of time captured.

Must have:

• Good time management skills
• Great communicator
• Computer literate
• Can-do attitude
• South African ID (required)
• Matric Certificate (required)
