  • In this role you will be responsible for managing the operational administration processes and procedures of a Depot. You will also be responsible for managing operations of the warehouse and distribution function.
  • To ensure administrative and financial control at the Depot.
  • Manage Operational Administration processes and procedures
  • Reporting and analysis of operational administrative efficiency (Only applicable to Hermanus)
  • Managing distribution (Only applicable to Hermanus)
  • Inventory control and reporting
  • Supervise Team
  • Ad Hoc responsibilities
  • SHEQ Responsibilities 

Skills, Experience & Education

  • Minimum of a 3-year National Diploma (NQF6) in Accounting or Business preferably 
  • 2 - 3 years’ financial administrative experience
  • Supervisory experience
  • Experience overseeing warehouse/ operations advantageous
  • SAP experience advantageous
  • MS Office proficient
  • Administrative skills 
  • Valid Code driver's licence
