- A successful candidate will be responsible for the design of large-scale digital transformation in addition to creating a technical platform. Being in a strategic, tactical, and operational role you will be accountable for the E2E process design architecture and communication of high-level structures to enable the design and development of integrated solutions to meet current and future business needs.
Key Qualification Criteria
- BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Industry certification in architecture (TOGAF, GxP)
- Business Process Management Methodology (DevOps, COBIT)
- ServiceNow Certification - Systems Administrator & Implementation Specialist
- 8+ years in solutions architecture development and management
- 10+ years managing relationships in an operational and global service
- 7- 10 years experience in ServiceNow and QMS systems
Key Duties
- Development of solution architectures in specific business, infrastructure, or functional areas on a portfolio of applications
- Being able to provide strategic recommendations around technical best practices and industry trends on ServiceNow for Life Science Industry
- Ensure to the position of the ServiceNow application as the digital transformation platform standard, integrated with their core applications
- Guarantee process optimization, efficiencies, and productivity using automation
- Ensuring the preparation of technical plans and, in liaison with business assurance and project staff, ensuring that appropriate technical resources are made available
- Make sure that relevant technical strategies, policies, standards, and practices (including security) are applied correctly
- Defines systems development projects which support the organization's overall needs
- Takes full responsibility for business analysis where decisions that are made will have a measurable impact on the profitability or effectiveness of the organization
- Participate in the design authority meetings to review technical solutions and approve them in the ServiceNow landscape
- Create system documentation, including process flows, SOPs, and design standards
- Guide senior management to be accepting of change through process and organizational change
- Keep check of instance performance and purpose improvement to improve end-user experience
