- To deliver quality talent project components, driven by ethical standards, according to the set standard and scope.
- To maintain a level of professionalism and business acumen to engage effectively with clients as well as deliver consistent quality according to a standard methodology.
- To continuously develop a level of professionalism and business acumen to engage effectively with clients.
- To monitor separate projects for profitability and efficiency in order to identify opportunities for continuous business improvement.
- To maintain the integrity of the overall solutions, overseeing any escalations and being involved in re-scoping if required.
- To accurately and consistently attend to administration and record-keeping.
- To promote cross-functional collaboration and ensure knowledge share across the business.
- To identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities while delivering talent solutions.
Experience And Qualifications
- The successful incumbent will possess a bachelor’s degree and be a registered Industrial Psychologist or Psychometrist with the HPCSA.
Experience within talent management/measurement, including:
- Experience as a client facing consultant and having presented training courses is preferred.
- Possess talent management knowledge and experience working with HR strategy and processes, organisational behaviour and organisational development.
- Good knowledge of psychometric concepts and best practice
- Data analytics experience (highly preferred)
- Experience of demonstrating ROI/business value/measurable impact to clients
- Delivery of training and facilitation of workshops
- A persuasive and credible networker - with skills to develop existing opportunities and leverage new ones
