job description - Senior Marketing Manager
- Work with Executive Head of Marketing and Head of Online (HOO) in the development and execution of the overall marketing, communications, digital and advertising strategy.
- Lead external and internal brand communications strategies and ensure seamless integration and synergy of all marketing, digital and brand communications activities.
- Drive and manage the conceptualisation and production of advertising and product marketing and client campaigns.
- Work with creative agency to generate relevant creative campaigns and content for all media platforms.
- Work with HOO and the Digital team in supporting content creation and digital marketing campaigns.
- Oversee marketing delivery for Personal Lines, Business Insurance, Broker, and Alternative distribution.
- Oversee the delivery of all external communications campaigns and solid Public Relations understanding.
- Work closely with the marketing team on the delivery of events and sponsorship activities.
- Oversee delivery of customer-centric communications plans and direct marketing campaigns.
- Maintain strong relationships with agency partners, providing written briefs and debriefs and managing all ATL and BTL projects.
- Work with HOM on forecasting, expense planning, reporting, and management of the marketing budget and campaigns in line with approved growth plans and budgets.
- Analyse key metrics to measure ROI and KPIs for marketing delivery.
- Assist with any other marketing projects and deliverables as assigned by HOM / HOO.
Knowledge, Skills and Requirements
- Qualification and experience in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or similar relevant field.
- At least 4 years’ experience as a senior marketing manager or in a similar role.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong negotiating skills.
- Knowledge and experience in developing and implementing marketing and communications strategies.
- Strong MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint skills.
- Familiarity with creative formats on all platforms including TV, OOH, Radio, and Digital.
- Ability to create and execute impactful marketing campaigns in both ATL and Online
- In-depth knowledge of all marketing channels and the ability to understand the cross-channel impact of each.
Qualification and Experience
- Degree or Diploma with 8 to 10 years related experience.
