This position will be required to: 

  • Maintain a holistic position to ensure full objectivity and impartiality whilst maintaining the Digital Office strategic direction for Corporate IT. 
  • Drive optimisation and lower the cost of services through centralisation, digitalization, optimization, and centralization. 
  • Establishes, integrates, and maintains a proven industry standard digital change management model that drives best practice to amplify the effectiveness of strategy execution. 
  • Communicates with business leaders and project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure awareness of best practice and application of the standard model. 
  • Understands and anticipates the direction of the business area(s)/unit(s), identifies opportunities, and makes 
  • Provide governance and oversight to ensure that NTT is achieving client and financial management goals by providing quarterly and monthly business reviews and reporting on progress against strategic programmes and projects, as well as operational performance metrics. 
  • Establish excellent working relationships with internal business stakeholders. 
  • Take overall accountability for Corporate IT Portfolio, Service catalogue, Service design, Service transition, and financial management (chargeback models) of all IT services 
  • Develop and maintain Corporate IT service excellence strategy by driving the service delivery, governance, and performance management maturity through establish frameworks methodologies and tools. 

General Knowledge, Skills and Attributes: 

  • A good understanding of the vast range of IT operations and NTT service offerings 
  • Cloud native, with experience of ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft 
  • Strong relationship management and demonstrated collaborative skills in working with internal and external business leaders and stakeholders. 
  • Excellent business awareness and solid analytical skills. 
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) coupled with good questioning skills 
  • Assertive in approach coupled with confidence in area of expertise and the ability to facilitate business conversations 
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions 
  • Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively and delegate 
  • Good client relationship building and engagement skills 
  • Ability to persuade, negotiate and influence key stakeholders 
  • Good conceptual insight and ability to think strategically 
  • Ability to establish and manage processes and practices through collaboration and the understanding of business 
  • Ability to manage urgent and complex tasks 
  • Strong project management skills 

Experience: 

  • Expertise in change management, technology adoption within a large-scale multinational technology services environment 
  • Experience of design thinking with the ability to story tell, deliver workshops, whiteboard, and solution  
  • Stakeholder engagement and management at all levels 
  • Hands-on experience in driving adoption projects / programmes for a large organization 
  • Digital consulting approach 

What will make you a good fit for the role?

Qualification and Certifications Required: 

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree required. Master’s degree preferred. 
  • ITIL Foundation (minimum) or higher 
  • ServiceNow Certifications 
  • SIAM – Service Integration and Management Foundation would be advantageous 
  • Agile methodology
