job description - Risk Administrator
- The Risk Administrator will provide administrative support to the Risk department.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- A National Diploma in office management or office administration.
- At least three years of experience in a risk administration environment.
- Experience in the GRC system will be an added advantage.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
- Methodical.
- Accurate and pays attention to detail.
- Sound organising and planning skills.
- Good communication and minute-taking skills.
- Computer literacy, Administrative and good interpersonal relations skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to prioritise, manage a busy workload and work with deadlines.
- Be a team player.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide general administrative support to the Risk department.
- File all documentation such as departmental reports, signed minutes, signed memos, and signed invoices on an Electrical Document Management System (EDMS).
- Action insurance-related requests such as setting up meetings, provide feedback and ensure that Head Office claims are actioned.
- Record, and file insurance legal summons received through the from reception.
- Ensure that all invoices are signed and paid timeously.
- Action any admin-related tasks on SAP.
- Setup Risk Focus Group meetings and manage all admin-related logistics including minute-taking.
