- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in the automotive or fleet industry.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to overcome objections and close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- High level of motivation, initiative and integrity
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our fleet vehicles.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions that meet the specific needs of each client.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to make informed sales decisions.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management on a regular basis.
- Adhere to Dealer Standards and work within prescribed work processes
