job description - Process Automation Manager
Process Management and Transformation team is responsible for leading & implementing projects to transform risk processes across World-Check (WC), Refinitiv Due Diligence (RDD), and Screening Resolution Service (SRS). The team handles the core systems change management, automation, Salesforce system administration & development, Dotnet and Python automations, drives Lean culture across the Customer & 3rd Party Risk Solutions, as well as client analysis, policy, and technology requirements from the process efficiency perspective.
Role Resposibilites
- People management of global team to deliver automation initiatives across the Risk Content OPS project’s roadmap, aligned with strategic business objectives
- Ensuring the team is properly resourced with appropriate planning for growth, has been trained in appropriate methodologies and understand its role in the organization
- Managing and supports the development of Dotnet and Python Developers through training and coaching/ mentoring
- Managing automation development life cycle and, ensures that the quality of solution delivered meets Risk Content OPS standards
- Managing relationships with stakeholders, setting performance standards and managing the resolution of escalated issues.
- Acting as an agent for change, challenge status quo and obtain support and buy-in for improvement projects.
- Digital advocate with a passion for new concepts, best practices and automation with focus process management, process transformation and problem solving.
- Driving cost reduction of delivery and maintenance through technology and process innovation
- Effective engagement with other leaders globally to support and deliver on AI and Robotics initiatives.
- Innovation partnership across LSEG with product management functions, legal, technology, audit, and other senior roles to deliver revenue growth
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Electronics, or equivalent
- Extensive experience in people management and multi-group management
- Experience with development and technologies such as: Dotnet, Python and procedures using SQL/PL SQL scripts, robotics process automation (RPA) and Intelligent process automation (IPA) capabilities to aid in the automation of processes
- Strong personal impact and execution skills with proven ability to engage a range of stakeholders. Proven track record in delivering change & process transformation
- Extensive experience in Risk, Financial Services and of running Research and Development programmes of work- Significant experience of Software Development, Business and Technical Analysis, Business Process Improvement, Project Management, Risk Management.
- Excellent Analytical, problem solving, presentation & communication skills
