Minimum Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Mining Engineering
- Mine Managers Certificate of Competence
- Management Development Programme (MDP) OR equivalent qualification.
- Advantageous: Senior Management Development Programme (SMDP) OR equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in an underground mine of which at least 5 years on a Senior/Manager level.
