job description - Marketing Deployment
- The purpose of this role is to lead and implement the deployment of category and trade campaigns and programs in the market, amplifying the execution to both customers and consumers to deliver against agreed growth objectives.
What You Will Be Accountable For
- Lead and manage the deployment critical path to ensure OTIF.
- Identify and manage third-party suppliers (2D and 3D) and activation companies to drive excellence in execution in an efficient way. (Entertainment & events planning)
- Through market visits, Identify and articulate key market requirements for improved execution of campaigns and programs with internal stakeholders.
- Lead end market pricing execution to deliver against business objectives.
- Define instore and out-of-home deployment capabilities required for the execution of campaigns.
- Lead tactical and campaign activities/deals from business case through to execution.
- Manage budget required to deploy capabilities to meet business objectives ( including instore and activation out of home)
Essential Experience, Skills, And Knowledge
- Marketing degree/diploma
- 8+ experience in Brand/Categories or Trade role
- Digital Marketing exposure
- FMCG experience nice to have
- Broad overall business awareness and understanding of inter-relationship between functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to use actionable learnings to recommend and influence decision-making.
- Strong commercial understanding
- Demonstrated understanding of channels within geography/cluster
- Leadership skills required
