Matric or equivalent qualification
Experience Requirements
- 3-5 years Sales Admin FMCG experience

Key Outputs
- Control promotional materials as needed
- Capture time and attendance records
- Collate information needed for sales reports and presentations from management information system and sales trackers.
- Take minutes and record decisions from the Invocoms and cross functional Invocoms
- Provide general sales administration services e.g. communication, printing, copying, filing, ad-hoc travel/ event arrangements and recordkeeping.
- Perform basic trend analysis on sales management information such as MTM/ YOY trends per customer/ channel
- DRM Management
- HSS - Assist with training & induction
- Tray recon management with stock locations
