Summary
The Capitec Human Resources department is looking for a Lead to drive Strategic Talent Acquisition.
We are looking for an experienced specialist who will take on the responsibility for the:
- Groups strategic appointments framework development and implementation underpinned by market research and best practice
- End-to-end recruitment for an allocated population in line with delivery metrics
- Reporting analysis and evaluation across the strategic Talent Acquisition portfolio
- Relationship contracting and maintenance
Experience
Minimum:
- Demonstrate at least 6-8 years of recruitment experience within a fast-paced work environment, of which 3+ years need to be working in Senior leadership and Executive portfolios
- Experience in working in/for/with large scale corporate organisation
- Proven experience in headhunting & executive search & Industry knowledge
- Proven experience designing end-to-end delivery strategic leadership recruitment processes and plans
- Proven experience delivering a strategy through others (significant Senior stakeholder relationship to ensure delivery) – internal & external
- Client-service minded, with a drive to provide excellence
- Proven experience working on a ATS (Applicant Tracking System) System
- Ability to build a strong personal brand, and to be a visible brand ambassador for Capitec across relevant platforms, through networking, community engagement etc.
Ideal:
8+ years of recruitment experience within a fast-paced work environment.
Qualifications (Minimum)
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Industrial/Organisational Psychology
Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)
A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Industrial/Organisational Psychology
Knowledge
Minimum:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Relevant legislation
- Strong application of data and analytics across talent acquisition to inform decision making
- Industry knowledge on banking / financial services / fintech
- Industry knowledge on Executive Recruitment and relevant tools / platforms / communities
- Knowledge on candidate experience at an Executive level
