You’ll join us at the heart of the function where you’ll deepen your leadership and technical skills. Through rotations in key areas, you’ll get to grips with a highly complex end-to-end operation.

Over 18 Months, our Graduate Programme will challenge and support you to grow professionally and personally. You’ll have three stretching rotations within the Consumer Healthcare Microbiology Lab and Quality and Compliance department. 

You’ll take on critical roles that offer amazing insights into our quality, compliance, and lab environment. You’ll learn about the synergies and challenges that come with delivering optimum value to the business and the customer. Meanwhile, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to network with senior leaders and graduates along with bespoke training programmes to aid your development.

What will your individual contribution at Haleon be? 

  • Gain awareness and understanding of the multiple functions and steps involved in compliance analysis including but not limited to sample tests, identifying microbiological organisms, examinations and reviewing results while learning about the synergies and challenges faced when seeking to deliver optimum reviews, on anomalies, non-compliance, and accuracy.
  • Be involved in ensuring Haleon Consumer Healthcare complies with Quality Management Systems and Global Laboratory Practices 
  • Comply with environmental, Health and Safety standards and guidelines and Site EHS SOPs 
  • Partake in continuous improvement activities to reduce costs, increase productivity, and improve quality and you will benefit from a clearly defined network to support you in owning your development.

To enable you to perform in this future talent opportunity: 

Education required:

  • a Diploma/BSC degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, or biotechnology-related qualification
  • Good academic results are essential, we will not consider anyone below 65%. Please note that you MUST provide your academic transcripts together with your CV when applying or your application will not be reviewed. 
  • Qualification in Microbiology or Microbiology modules would be desired but not a requirement
