job description - Human Resources (HR) Internship
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Human Resources administration of records & system as required.
- Administrative task’s include maintaining personnel records, managing HR Documents (e.g., employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases.
- Should be able to ensure the HR department supports employees while conforming to labor laws.
- Ad hoc projects including assisting the HRD with audit information gathering and tracking thereof.
- Any other Ad hoc duties related to the department.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology or Related
- Preferred Qualifications
- Basic Computer Skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- NO experience is preferred- i.e., the organization is seeking to hire newly graduated candidates.
- Must live in Johannesburg.
- Excellent time management skills, be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skill.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Energetic, highly motivated.
- Strong attention to detail
