Minimum Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a corporate environment in an HR Officer function
- Personnel/Payroll administration
- HR Reporting
- Recruitment & Selection
- SAP Knowledge advantageous
Qualifications:
- Completed qualification in HR, IR, or Industrial Psychology required
Additional Requirements:
- Driver’s License and own vehicle
- Knowledge of payroll systems, e.g. SAP
- Computer literacy (MS Office) and Outlook
- Knowledge of HR Practices
- Interviewing skills
- Knowledge of labor legislation (i.e. Basic Conditions of Employment, Labor relations,
- Skills Development, South African Qualifications Authority)
- Role involves travel within the region
