 The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies, (but not limited to):-

• HR degree or equivalent
• Computer Literacy
• Code B (Code 8) or EB driver’s license
• MS Office – Specifically Outlook and Excel
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an HR Officer role
• Payroll, recruitment, training, performance management and IR experience a must
• Proven experience in SAP VIP systems and process implementation

JOB DESCRIPTION

The role responsibilities will include, (but not limited to):-

Operational Functions

• Payroll and benefit administration
• Recruitment process from start to end, ensuring a well-managed and efficient process i.e., being actively involved including preparing job descriptions, posting vacancies, and managing the talent hiring process at all levels
• Learning and development coordination including planning and delivering training as needed, learner
• management and support, and completion of WSP / ATR
• Ensure all administrative processes relating to employment are in line with business practices by
• ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information
