The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies, (but not limited to):-
- HR degree or equivalent
- Computer Literacy
- Code B (Code 8) or EB driver’s license
- MS Office – Specifically Outlook and Excel
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an HR Officer role
- Payroll, recruitment, training, performance management and IR experience a must
- Proven experience in SAP VIP systems and process implementation
JOB DESCRIPTION
The role responsibilities will include, (but not limited to):-
Operational Functions
- Payroll and benefit administration
- Recruitment process from start to end, ensuring a well-managed and efficient process i.e., being actively involved including preparing job descriptions, posting vacancies, and managing the talent hiring process at all levels
- Learning and development coordination including planning and delivering training as needed, learner
- management and support, and completion of WSP / ATR
- Ensure all administrative processes relating to employment are in line with business practices by
- ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to work methodically, accurately, neatly, and process-driven
- Able to meet deadlines, the ability to juggle multiple tasks and to prioritise workload
- Strictly confidential and ethical nature
- Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and written ability
- Excellent administration skills and meticulous attention to detail
