job description - HR Manager

  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR best practices, as well as the ability to navigate the complex legal and regulatory landscape that governs the BPO industry. You will be responsible for setting up policies and procedures that are fair, transparent, and effective, while also ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • In addition to your technical expertise, the ideal candidate will also be a strong communicator and collaborator, able to work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the success of their HR function.
  • If you're an experienced HR Manager from the BPO industry who is passionate about creating effective policies, processes, and procedures, we want to hear from you!

Minimum Requirements

  • Completed matric.
  • 3-5 years experience in an HR capacity setting up policies and procedures and processes.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in an HR capacity within a BPO environment.
  • Ability to start ASAP.
