- A media and advertising multinational based in the North of Johannesburg is looking for a Head of Sales to join their well-established and dynamic team. The Head of Sales will be responsible for engaging with key external stakeholders, implementing sales strategy, and proactively driving sales volumes.
- Develop and implement sales and product strategy
- Proactively engage with key agencies and partners, as well as direct clients
- Implement and maintain the client services strategy to ensure improved service delivery
- Develop and nurture new client relationships
- Lead negotiations on rates and payment periods
- Assist with internal and external marketing initiatives
- Lead client presentations and liaison, and creative development
Head of Sales Job Requirements:
- A degree in Sales/Marketing or any other relevant field
- 8 - 12 years of sales experience within media and/or advertising
- Experience within a multinational is advantageous
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and leverage off of current business relationships
