- Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
- Monitoring product standard and implementing quality-control programmes.

- Standard operating procedures
- Liaising with different departments to achieve business goals.
- Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed.
- Management of production teams as well as motivating teams to achieve business goals.
- Invocom™ facilitation and coaching
- Completion of Health and safety records
- Completion of Food safety records
- CIP’s
Skills and Attributes Required:
- Ability to function in a team.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Be self-motivated.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.

Qualification
Requirements
- Matric
- GMF Module 4 and Trade Test (Wheat or Maize) preferable.
- Knowledge and or experience of FSSC 22000 will be advantageous.
- HACCP will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
- 5 Years’ experience within the food production industry
- 5 Years food extrusion experience
- Be familiar with PLC operated plant.
- Milling Experience
Key Outputs
- Be prepared to work on public holidays.
- Be prepared to work shifts if needed.
