job description - Dispatch Administrator
The Dispatch Administrator primary purpose is to provide support to the Copperworks Dispatch department as dictated by operational requirements.
Responsibilities (NOT limited to the below):
- Receive and dispatch orders
- Stock control and stock take
- Maintain safe working procedures at all times
- Assess and plan with Managers on sizes to process
- Effective execution of tasks received from managers
- Labelling and manually preparing items for collection and dispatch
- Ensure smooth execution of delivery/collection process
- Ensure that accurate quantities and sizes are dispatched as well as checking that the applicable paperwork corresponds with orders dispatched

- Grade 12
- Supervisory and planning skills
- Good organizing skills
