Minimum Requirements
- An appropriate 3 year B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification);
- A minimum of 3 years management level experience in Finance, Asset, Logistics or Supply Chain Management;
- A valid (Code B or higher) driving licence.

Key Performance Areas
- Develop, implement and monitor departmental asset management and logistic related plans, policies, prescripts and processes;
- Ensure the rendering of effective and efficient asset management and logistics management services;
- Plan and manage the work of and account for the overall performance of the subdirectorate;
- People management;
- Financial management.
Competencies
Knowledge of the following:
- Asset and logistics management services and processes;
- Information systems that aid in the management of knowledge and information pertaining to the line function;
- Project management; Policy development and operational management, monitoring and review processes and systems;
- Public Finance Management Act, National and Provincial Treasury regulations, other financial policies, prescripts, directices and collective agreements;
Skills needed:
- Numeracy and literacy; Proven compter literacy; Written and verbal communication skills;
- Project Management; Accounting, finance and auditing; Economical and statistical analysis; Legal administration.
