job description - Administrator: Claims


  • Create claims not generated by branches.
  • Capturing and releasing of orders in accordance with a standardized process (generating orders and receipting).
  • Updating claims data in accordance with the standardized process.
  • Following up on outstanding documentation from branches.
  • Resolving all procurement related queries within 48 hours or escalation is required thereafter.
  • Resolving of Claims related queries.
  • Maintaining relationships with external workshops and panel shops.
  • Distribution, follow up and collection of damaged vehicles to work/panel shops.
  • All administrative work requisite of the department.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Experience

  • 2 years car rental and/or claims/maintenance administrator experience

Preferred Experience 

  • 2 Years Impress and microsoft office work experience 

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • Valid Code 08 Driver license, at least 2 years old.
  • Communication skills: must be fully bilingual.
