job description - Administrator: Claims
Create claims not generated by branches.- Capturing and releasing of orders in accordance with a standardized process (generating orders and receipting).
- Updating claims data in accordance with the standardized process.
- Following up on outstanding documentation from branches.
- Resolving all procurement related queries within 48 hours or escalation is required thereafter.
- Resolving of Claims related queries.
- Maintaining relationships with external workshops and panel shops.
- Distribution, follow up and collection of damaged vehicles to work/panel shops.
- All administrative work requisite of the department.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Experience
- 2 years car rental and/or claims/maintenance administrator experience
Preferred Experience
- 2 Years Impress and microsoft office work experience
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- Grade 12
- Valid Code 08 Driver license, at least 2 years old.
- Communication skills: must be fully bilingual.
