Customer Service Coordinator InternAbbott

• To ensure orders that are processed are captured accurately according to the Order Entry guidelines.
• Ensure all orders are processed according to the specified SLA.
• Follows up on Back Order Report weekly
• Loss sales to be actioned on a daily
• Orders packs to be filed on the sharepoint daily

ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS

• Ensuring tasks allocated by the Customer Service Supervisor are actioned accordingly and to meet required deadlines.

AD-HOC DEPARTMENT REQUESTS

• Completion of tasks assigned of a general nature to assist the division achieving department goals including entering an order using ADOC system, taking into consideration any special-order types or FOC codes. Specific customer requests. (If required).

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERTISE:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or Related

NO EXPERIENCE is preferred- i.e the organization is seeking to hire newly graduated candidates.

• Must live in Johannesburg
• Strong grasp of the English language
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
