YOUR TALENT
- National Senior Certificate and a Tertiary Qualification
- +5 years' experience within a Customer Sales Supervisory role or junior management role.
- Experience of working in a clothing wholesale and retail industry would be advantageous.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Advanced SAP experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Well developed written and communication skills.
YOUR MISSION
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position will include, but will not limited to:
- Overseeing and maintaining the order administration of Key account.
- Overseeing and monitoring the CS Team in respect of Order books and Packing note creation.
- Liaise with the Purchasing Department regarding Product tracking and ETA’s.
- Liaise with Credit Control to resolve problematic key accounts.
- Monitor warehouse progress with regard to packing fulfillment time.
- Liaise with Purchasing department in terms of product delivery for Key accounts.
- Collate data from order books, CS team feedback, Purchasing and Credit Control for reporting to Senior Team Head.
- Ensure timeous delivery according to his/her Key Account delivery dates.
- Maintain accurate upkeep and maintenance of SAP Order book and Key Account spreadsheets.
- Compile and submit reports to Senior Team Head.
- Submission of Monthly Turnover estimates to Senior Team Head.
