job description - Counter Sales Specialist
Supports sales team through reporting, system administration and internal & external data analyses by executing and supporting selected activities under limited supervision.- Consolidates and distributes sales reports where reporting tasks are repetitive and well documented, under limited supervision. Gathers and consolidates data from others through existing templates and provides as forecasting input.
- Runs repetitive and ad-hoc tasks on systems and tools (e.g. salesforce, WWSPS, BMS, Portal).
- Periodically reviews the user-entered data hosted on the systems to ensure completeness under limited supervision.
- Conducts ad-hoc and repetitive analyses on external sources (e.g. Polk, Dodge, RigDig, etc.).
- Compiles relevant competitive data from varying resources under limited supervision.
To be successful in this role the candidate will need the following:
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
- Requires some work experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience.
- Required to Work/Do Stand-By
- Assist/Support other Parts Department segments e.g. X-Border, Mining, Counter and Direct Shipment
