job description - Content Specialist, Risk Content Management
- Work with key stakeholders in Proposition, Content Ops and GTM to support and help define the Risk Content Strategy and priorities.
- Work with key stakeholders in content ops and ET&O to implement and execute on the Risk Content Strategy.
- Participate in or lead cross-functional meetings in order to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery
- Create standards, processes, and policies and participate in testing/validation and content analysis
- Provide input to or create proposals or business case to obtain approval for project and gain support for new propositions, products or services; liase with multiple teams including technology, PCM, content operations and proposition
- Collect and synthesize client and stakeholder feedback, distilling into actionable recommendations for investment or operationanal enhancement, relating to content or product offerings and requests for new enhancements.
- Ensure consise, timely, comprehensive client/stakeholder communication of content enhancements and changes
- Help with strengthening our sales/commercial message by creating and enhancing a library of marketing-focused statistics and content documentation, including factsheets, data collection methodologies, competitive comparisons
- Standard content management functions including roadmap ownership, collboration with content ops on priorites, issue/risk management, and cross-department coordination.
- Responsible for working with Content Ops to communicate/collaborate on requirements analysis, interpretation and decision-making on alternative options as required.
- Leverage all available training portals to support and/or lead a series of tailored content information training sessions, reaching key client facing sales and support teams; highlighting our value proposition, long-term strategy, enhancements roadmap, and competitive advantages
- Solve client problems by assisting with queries and calls escalated beyond initial levels of client support
Essential Skills/Experience Required
- Understanding of the Risk Management products and /or teams would be a significant benefit. Hiring internally or re-purposing team members to focus on this could deliver significant time as opposed to an external hire
- Strong Data Governance background and understanding – including Data Strategy
- Data Quality experience
- Understanding & experience of Data Governance tooling preferred
- Cybersecurity knowledge would be beneficial
- Experience in delivering regulatory projects
- Strong track record of delivering successful projects or initiatives in a large, high-profile, and complex global organizations
- Ability to deliver business value and priorities through Data projects
- Ability to make decisions on tactical vs strategic solution approaches
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience engaging with stakeholders at Exec level, managing across time zones and cultures
- Strong influencing skills across both business and technology
- Ability to deliver against demanding deadlines and key milestones
- GDPR and/or Data Privacy knowledge would be a real benefit
