job description - Agent: CCS Enquiries

To provide an efficient and effective query resolution service to clients, 3rd parties and branches relating to Capitec Bank’s handed over-, debt review and administration order clients as well as related ad hoc recoveries and Insurance claim queries.



At least 2 years’ experience in a client service and / or legal collections environment


Experience of dealing with client relationships in matters of potential conflict  

Qualifications (Minimum)

Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)

Diploma in Law



  • Knowledge of legal collections
  • MS Office ( MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel)


  • Knowledge of Capitec Bank  Handover and CCS Status policy
  • Legal Collections processes / procedures
  • Debt Review processes / procedures


  • Communications Skills
  • Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
