- The Department of Social Development, Western Cape Government has an opportunity for a competent individual to conduct monitoring interventions at NGOs. This post is stationed in Cape Town, CBD.
Minimum Requirements
- An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-degree (equivalent or higher qualification); A minimum of 1 year relevant experience.

Key Performance Areas
- Assist with the development of monitoring and review systems; Conduct Financial and governance assessments for existing and new NPO’s; Monitor and review services rendered by the NPO in line with the Provincial /National policy frameworks; Administration of the Non-Financial Data (NFD) process.

- Knowledge of the following: Knowledge of Monitoring and evaluation system; Applicable legislation; Norms and standards; Information management; Public administration; Skills needed: Problem-solving and decision-making; Creative thinking; Written and verbal communication; Planning and organising.
Remuneration
