Minimum Qualifications Required
- Minimum requirement: Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
- Secretarial or related experience beneficial
- You are ppresentable, well-spoken and well groomed
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You have excellent organisation, planning and administrative skills – multi-tasking
- Organised with attention to detail
- You have a valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
Essential Requirements
- Discretion, integrity and care of information received or exposed to
- Experience in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook a must
- Session/meeting/workshop scheduling, co-ordination and follow-up of tasks
- Responsibility of administration needs within the team
- Planning of events, purchasing and invoice processing
