Actuarial Analyst: RewardsMiWay Insurance

• We are looking for a candidate that can extract value from vast amounts of data using actuarial, statistical, and machine-learning techniques to create reward initiatives and programs optimized for MiWay’s customers.

Minimum Qualification Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematical Statistics, or a related field

Minimum Experience

• 2 years of actuarial experience in short-term insurance.

Deliverables include, but will not be limited to

• Use actuarial techniques and models to investigate, design and develop appropriate reward initiatives that meet MiWay’s business requirements.
• Assist in the development of new initiatives and products that are powered by telematics technologies.
• Assist in the design and implementation of processes and systems supporting all MiWay’s rewards initiatives.
• Create and maintain reports that track the effectiveness of the reward initiatives and products over time.
• Create and maintain relationships with relevant internal stakeholders and external providers related to rewards.
