job description - Web Content Writer & Graphic Designer
- Develop, implement and manage creative social media strategy
- Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media pages, adapting content to suit different pages
- Create engaging multimedia content across the platforms
- Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that will promote the organization’s brand and measure the success of every social media campaign
- Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
- Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement etc.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A First Degree or it's equivalent in any relevant field / or any relevant professional certification. Graduates with backgrounds in Advertising, Business Management, Journalism, Digital Marketing, Media and Communications, Public Relations will have comparative advantage.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Web Content Writer and Graphic Design specialist or similar role
- Social Media strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
- Familiarity with web design and publishing
- Great leadership skills.
