- Degree in Education or a similar field; Post Graduate Degree is a plus
- Ten (10) years work experience and minimum of 5 years at management level.
- Experience in working at a secondary school in the teaching and learning disciplines will be an added advantage.
- Must having a complete understanding of the policies and laws governing a British-run curriculum as well as the capacity to comprehend the strategic vision and priorities of a day and boarding school.
- Willingness to work beyond the call of duty to ensure all Academic standards are obtained and maintained.
- Good judgment and decision-making aptitude.
- a solid understanding of all educational transformative challenges and capacity-building procedures, particularly as they relate to the delivery of Curriculum management.
- Computer skills (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Ms Excel, MS Access and MS Outlook).
- Outstanding organizational ability.
