Vice Principal (Academics) Funar Secondary School

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice Principal Academics who will also take on a teaching role within our secondary school.
• As the Vice Principal Academics, you will be responsible for providing visionary leadership to the academic team and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality and comprehensive educational program.
• In addition to your administrative responsibilities, you will actively engage in teaching to maintain a direct connection with students and support their academic growth.
• Reporting to the School Principal, you will play a vital role in fostering an environment conducive to learning and personal development.

Requirements

• Degree in Education or a relevant subject area.
• Proven experience as an academic leader, preferably as a Vice Principal or in a similar capacity.
• A teaching certification and a strong track record of effective teaching at the secondary level.
• Knowledge of curriculum development, assessment techniques, and educational best practices.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and support teachers in their professional growth.
• Familiarity with data analysis and the ability to use data to inform instructional decisions.
