Responsibilities
- Develop, and Implement Marketing Strategies for Loyalty Programs, Increase Product Success Rate and Brand Perception.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth and market penetration at the regional level.
- Develop comprehensive launch plans, including positioning, messaging, pricing, distribution, and promotional strategies.
- Develop and implement integrated communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation across traditional and digital media channels.
- Execution of comprehensive review of all marketing activation programs to evaluate ROI and developed new ways to optimize programs for future execution
Requirements
- A minimum of B.Sc Degree from a reputable university.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in trade marketing, brand management, or sales within the wine industry or related field.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing trade marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with trade partners.
- Segmented customers by strategic importance to align resources, service level, and POS opportunities resulting in improved efficiency and productivity.
- Present Product Brand Marketing Plans by category to General Manager and Senior Management on quarterly basis to create sell in excitement.
- Previous Project with teams to create, launch and develop brand in the market from scratch.
- Design and implement annual Digital marketing plan.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Internet Skills.
- Report and presentation skills.
