- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about the product and service of the organisation.
- Answering questions about the company’s product
- Meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Using scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits.
- Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how product or services meet their needs.
- Constant follow-up with customers to close deals
- Keep records of calls, sales and record useful information
- Generating sales lead for the organisation
- Cold calling customers to sell the company’s products and service to them.
- Listening to the customers' needs to determine which product will better suit the customer
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: B.Sc / HND
- Post-Nysc
- Candidate must be within the age bracket 21 - 33 years
- 1-2 years experience in insurance marketing is required
- Previous experience as a Tele-marketer
- Strong Written, Communication and Negotiation Skills.
- Strong command of English Language and at least, one other local or international language.
- Performance driven, Agile, Teachable and willing to learn.
- Ability to collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to details and strong Listening skills.
