job description - Tax & Audit Associate
- Oversee and advise on company’s tax planning
- Compute and calcuate all taxes, levies, deductions such as WHT, VAT, PAYE, etc. and remit to the appropriate regulatory authority
- Respond to tax and compliance queries from regulatory authorities
- Ensure compliance with statutory monthly and annual filings due date.
- Review contracts, agreements, etc. to ensure they are tax compliant
- Review annual management and audited statements
- Prepare tax reports, forecasts, and budgets
- Perform accounting duties and post accounting transactions on company’s accounting softwares.
