- Employ staff based on the company’s requirements to fill new positions
- Schedule interview
- Screen applications and select qualified candidates
- Prepare interview questions
- Prepare job descriptions for every job add and position communication and follow-up with prospective candidates give accurate information regarding the job placement any other assignment that might be given by the management.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should:
- Have at least 3 years post NYSC work experience as a Talent Recruiter
- Must have at least B.Sc / HND in Social Sciences
- The candidate must have good communication skillMarketing and sales skill
- Good in the use of modern technologies
- Must have an IT background and vast in social media usage.
