- The Talent Acquisition Officer will join our Human Resource department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Source potential candidates through online channels
- Manage interview and selection procedures, including pre-screening calls, assessments and interviews
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Champion employer branding initiatives
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates, while buiding a talent pipeline for the organization.
Requirements and Skills
- B.Sc in a relevant field
- At least two (2) years experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the financial services industry
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
