Social Media Marketing InternCW Real Estate

-We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Social Media Marketing Intern to join our growing marketing team. If you’re an ambitious individual who wants to build a career in social media and content marketing with Lagos leading real estate team, then we want to work with you.

-Your work will include supporting the marketing team in preparing marketing and promotional content for our social media, monitoring social platforms, scheduling social media content, creating NEW content ideas -in line with our overarching marketing and communication strategy.

-In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should have excellent multitasking and organizational abilities. The successful candidate will also have in-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and social media platforms.

-Work alongside the marketing team to create a plan for social media strategies monthly in line with CWRE’s overarching marketing strategy
-Assist in the growth of the brand by raising awareness across CWRE’s various social media platforms
-Ensure content is consistent with the CWRE’s brand from the tone used to visuals posted
-Aid in the daily aspects of promoting the businesses campaigns
-Interact with followers and prospects by communicating and answering questions through the company's social pages
-Work with the marketing team to implement plans to increase followers across our social media channels

Requirements:

-Prior knowledge in social media management.
-Experience working with basic design tools like Canva (experience with industry-leading tools like Adobe software is an advantage)
-Hands-on experience working with marketing analytics tools.
-Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Must have a passion for marketing.
-Outstanding multitasking abilities.
