job description - Senior Software Developer
- Work with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts.
- Produce clean, efficient codes based on specifications
- Integrate software components and third-party programs
- Verify and deploy programs and systems
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software
- Gather and evaluate user feedback
- Recommend and execute improvements
- Create technical documentation for reference and reporting
Job Requirements
- Minimum of HND / B.Sc in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- At least 5 years relevant work experience.
- Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer or similar role
- Familiar with Agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of coding languages (e.g Java Springboot mandatory) and Framework /systems (e.g Angular, NodesJS)
- Experience and knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases
- Ability to learn new languages and technologies - Microservices( Preferred), Microsoft Azure ( Preferred), Git ( Preferred), Nestjs ( Optional)
- Test-Driven Development
- Continuous Integration and Delivery ( CI/CD) with Jenkins
- GIT - Preferred
- Nestjs- Optional
- Resourcefulness and Troubleshooting attitude.
