- Our sister company is seeking to hire a seasoned sales professional to join our team of professionals. The successful candidate will be a competitive and driven sales superstar that can rise to the challenge promoting all of our services in a client focusedapproach.
- They will build a business within multiple verticals throughout the Lagos and across that will allow them the opportunity to create a vast network of satisfied clients and raving fans second to none.
- This individual will create and lead a team to meet with existing and prospective clients to probe for signage and branding opportunities that can be addressed utilizing best in class industry solutions.
Description of Essential Duties
- Coordinate proper company resources to ensure sales goals are met
- Develop and implement specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company sales
- Promote the products and services of Royal Media to the retail and commercial public, contact on a regular basis potential and existing clients regarding future signage needs and projects
- Serve Royal Mediacustomers and manage all sales activity with potential and existing customers
- Exhibit proactive responsibility to customer needs and requests
- Manage any concerns clients have regarding sales – customer service, professionalism, communication and accountability to effectively manage and enhance the client experience
- Collaborate with management to set, and to meet or exceed, annual sales goals which would include a minimum number of cold calls, appointments, and new designs per established interval
- Maintain an organized and updated weekly report of sales activity including contacts, potential new projects, proposals, design requests, sold jobs
- Develop with Design Department design concepts and present to the customers
- Manage all sales and design with Administration and Operations
- Provide accurate information to Design and Estimating to be able to create accurate proposals and quotes to clients
- Develop a marketing plan for yearly sales goals and objectives
- Attend all required Sales/Operations/Company meetings, planning sessions, development sessions, including regular meetings with Sales Team
- Responsible for individual annual sales goal
- Support company ownership, support and promote company goals and develop the company sales plan to include – detailed description of short-term and long-term sales plan to be segmented into 1 year plan, 3 year plan and 5 year plan. Detail the resources needed to accomplish sales plan. List the activity required to accomplish the action plan. Track and report on on-going status of sales plan. Describe what action steps will be taken and when if the plan is not being met
Qualifications
- Degree in Business or other related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing or business development.
- Proven previous success in outside sales of at least 2 years in any of the related fields: sign sales, graphic design, marketing, and/or advertising.
- Must be working in a Branding Company or have worked as a sales professional for a BrandingCompany
- Experience and understanding of all Microsoft ® Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Excellent presentation and communication skills are required, both written and oral.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to handle multiple functions at the same time and maintain outstanding organizational skills.
- Positive attitude with the desire to work in a fast-paced, energetic team environment required.
