job description - Senior Recruitment Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to analyze staffing requirements and develop recruitment plans.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct sourcing.
  • Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews with applicants, both in-person and remotely, to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
  • Communicate regularly with candidates and hiring managers to provide updates on the recruitment process.
  • Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate salary and benefits packages.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, including effective communication and timely feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continually improve the organization's hiring processes.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for newly hired employees to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years post-NYSC experience as a Recruiter
  • Proven track record closing recruitment processes
  • Ability to successfully close out on 8 roles monthly
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively evaluate candidates and make informed selection decisions.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and meet targets and deadlines.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations pertaining to recruitment and hiring.
