- Strategic Sourcing: Lead the development and execution of procurement strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
- Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, conduct regular performance reviews, and negotiate favorable terms and agreements.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies.
- Cost Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities, conduct market research, and implement best practices to achieve cost efficiency in procurement processes.
- Risk Management: Evaluate and mitigate risks related to procurement activities, including supplier performance, geopolitical factors, and market trends.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and legal, to ensure alignment of procurement activities with overall business objectives.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's Degree and relevant certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Senior Procurement Officer or similar role in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, market trends, and legal regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
