- This ideal candidate is responsible for performing advanced and specialized hands-on HR Consulting duties in a fast-paced environment while delivering value to clients and the organization.
Responsibilities
- Support consultant in pursuing strategic opportunities to cultivate business partnerships and relationships.
- Support to Identify, design, and implement general HR strategies and solutions to achieve agreed client deliverables.
- Provide high-level, timely and professional support to clients in various capacities including but not limited to HR Business Partnering support
- Support the process of partnership development
- Supervise and mentor Analyst and Trainee Analyst.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable higher institution.
- Certification in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience
