job description - Senior Facilities Officer

Responsibilities

  • The Senior Facility Officer will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the company properties. The individual will be involved in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations of the properties and facilities.
  • The title holder will deliver a superior level of quality and effective property management service for the company’s property portfolio including Renovations, Constructions, Facility management, Rent & Service Charge management, Valuations and General estate management issues with the aim of creating value and improving the business performance of the company.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • BSc / HND in Estate Management and/or professional qualification in related fields.
  • 5+ years experience including significant professional experience in Real Estate Agency, Construction/
  • Renovation, Facility Management, Valuation, and other relevant areas of Estate management as may be
  • required.
  • Certification in Project management is required.
  • Proven work experience in a Facility management company is required.
  • Being a member of Local or International institutes such as the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and
  • Valuers (NIESV), Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor (RICS) or similar institutes will be an added
  • advantage.
  • Professional qualification/certification in Estate management will be an added advantage.
