job description - Senior Audit Officer
- Prepare audit findings, write audit reports, and develop recommendations
- Ensure complaince with all applicable plans, policies, and standards
- Stay current on industry trends, and best accounting and audit practices
- Ensure accuracy of financial information
- Follow up on audit recommendations.
- Responsible for operational risk and providing controls and mitigation strategies for the risk identified
- Monitoring of project execution and ensure that they are implemented within the agreed time, with all the terms and conditions properly adhered.
- Reviewing monthly management accounts and ensuring that the account comply with IFRS
- Reviewing financial transaction posted into the system and ensuring that they are approved and correctly posted
- Ensuring that employees complies with all the company’s rules, regulations or directives
- Providing recommendations for process improvement where infractions or deficiencies are noted or observed.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2- 4 years relevant work experience.
Additional Requirement:
- ACA.
