- Manage existing Sales Personnel/Marketers
- Manage entire Sales pipeline and channels
- Act as Sales Team Coach
- Monitor Sales performance, set targets etc. and help team excel
- Onboard and Train Sales Staff
- Interpret Sales performance Matrix using inventory turnover and other indicators
- Act as advisory to Management on sales related metrics and data e.g competitive pricing, Market Projection and Trends.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess HND or Bachelor's Degrees in Business Administration / Management, or Entrepreneurship with 1 - 2 years relevant work experience.
- Applicants should have experience as a sales team lead.
- Strong Leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good time management, strategic planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and understand Sales Metrics.
- Strong knowledge and use of CRM.
- Fluent in Computer use and office related software applications.
